Off To Paris

+Today I fly off and will be non-responsive until next week.

+House Republicans are looking to bring Fast Track up for a vote on Friday. Looking to gain more Republican votes, Paul Ryan inserted anti-climate change language into the bill. Odd that a major political party in the 21st century would take their climate denial as a point of pride.

+The Iranian nuclear talks continue as Israel was caught bugging the hotel computers where the talks are held.

+For some bizarre reason, Diane Reihm of NPR questioned Bernie Sanders on whether he had dual citizenship with Israel. It had been a comment pasted on Facebook, which should cue you in own the motivation. Bernie said he was an American and only had visited Israel a few times. This spark progressive sites demanding an apology from Diane, which I think she did give.

+While I will be in Paris, Bernie will be holding several events around Iowa.

+Next week will be the launch of several Presidential bids so be prepared for lots of coverage in the press. I await the Donald. Bill deBlasio says he won't be at Hillary's because he favors Bernie.

+President Obama sent an additional 450 soldiers to Iraq in quagmire III.

+Vladimir Putin visited Italy and talked with Pope Francis about the Ukraine.

+If I have anything more before I depart,I'll post it but until next week.
