Rick Perry Declares Today

++The former governor of Texas becomes the first candidate of the season under indictment. Rick Perry says he was humbled last time in 2012 and that he had been in pain from his back injury. He says he has been studying the issues hard so expect him to hit the first primary states right after his declaration.
