A few bloggers objected to this. But there were numerous tweets from people in news agencies about Trump stalking Hillary and trying to loom over her. A few male op'ed writers noticed this also.
Bob Schaeffer was furious how Trump demeaned the "Presidential Elections" by bringing then woman who accused Bill Clinton of affairs to the event. But that seemed to be true of GOP officials who actually advised him not to and then expressed sincere surprise that he did.
In any event, Hillary gave Trump no ammunition for the next two weeksor made any gaffes.
The strange thing was that Trump still stood by Putin against his Vice Presidential candidate. At least Hillary got into the discussion how the intelligence has determined it was Putin trying to influence the elections.
