THE PROTESTS CONTINUE

My wife will be protesting at the White House because after reading the Sunday Times the situation is even worse than you think.

Colleges are scrambling to protect faculty and students from the executive orders. A Clemson professor posted on Facebook after he was deported in Dubai. He wonders what will happen to his classes, his dog, his clothes and books and the car left in airport parking. The Boston-area colleges were hit the hardest and first with faculty from abroad prevented from entering the country.

The DHS said green cards people should not be affected but they were overruled by Steve Bannon.

You have to admire your Democratic elected officials. They didn't put up their fingers and wait to see how their approval ratings would be affected.

The ACLU were heroes but also the platoons of young lawyers that showed up and set up shop in the airports.

The good news is no one is acting intimidated by the goon squads. And the speed with which demonstrations occur is remarkable.

The moves were perceived as callous, clumsy and not in the national interest. None of those banned came from any country where any of those who perpetrated terrorist attacks on the country come from. None who were banned come from countries where Trump has business interests.

The tech companies are in full revolt over these executive orders.

It is clear Gannon and Meyers, the Sessions staff guy, were responsible. Jefferson Bureaugard Sessions III should not be confirmed by the Senate because he will target the "Dreamers" and African-American voters.
