LET'S LOOK AT THIS ANOTHER WAY.

It was as if Sean Spicer said of the Titanic,"Most passengers enjoyed the trip. The news didn't report that."

A survey went out to Trump supporters this morning called the media accountability survey asking how much the media "lies" about Trump.

John Stoehr has a perceptive piece in today's Washington Monthly about "How The Oppoisition Can Ground Trump." He is a professor at Yale and teaches a course on the best books on presidential campaigns like Teddy White's The Making of the President series. His student span the political spectrum but they are all puzzled at Trump voters. Stoehr suggests that they should look at Trump speeches with the sound off, apparently Trump does this all the time.

The take away is that Trump voters don't care whether he lies, doesn't care he is in contact with Russia, and believes he is doing what he promised. But the kicker is that they believe he is Strong.

Stoehr says that at the press conference a reporter challenged Trump on the size of his electoral college victory and Trump was sent sputtering and appeared weak.

In fact Trump is weak and Stoehr believes there lies his opponents' ticket to ride. People must start emphasizing his inherent weakness. That will erode his strength among his supporters. Make him look weak.
