++It is really mind-bending the number of Israeli parties and how really small the popularity is of the leading parties. It reminds us what little choice we have in the United States. If Pat Paulson had lived in Israel,he would probably get to be part of the cabinet.
++Of course, the flip side is that it makes governance unruly and unstable.
