++Well, the tale of the tape isn't great for Bibi and Boehner. CNN/ORC have Americans saying it was a bad idea to invite Netanyahu without Obama's OK at 63% and 36% says it was OK. Even Republicans barely approved of the act at 52-45%.

++Coming from the Left now, Ed Kilgore informs us that the real Zionists are beginning to get hip to Christian Zionists and their theology. This turn of event is chronicled in Sarah Posner's "Religious Dispatches. Ms. Posner has detailed the bizarre theology of these conservative Republicans for years but now a circle of left-leaning American jews are beginning to express their concern that those so-called" lovers of Israel" actually want another Holocaust at the end time.
++The usual soteriology is that Jews get the grandfather clause as God's chosen people. But I guess the right thinks this is too far.
++The state comptroller of Israel has put on-line his investigation of Bibi and his wife's excessive spending. This was a slow-moving train wreck from months ago when the investigation was announced.
++Ed Kilgore at Washington Monthly reports that Bibi's speech to Congress will experience a five minute delay in Israel as censors will examine it for anything remotely campaign-like. If they determine it sounds like it, then the offending section will be deleted.
