++The Freedom Caucus has issued a "Contract With America II" that urges Paul Ryan to enact immediately.
++Among its demands is Repeal Obamacare,Cut Social Security and Medicare,Institute Workfare for Welfare,eliminate 20% of regulations on business and cut corporate taxes.
++Even Paul Ryan has never gone in to cutting back on Social Security ,always a good idea in an election year. The GOP still has not come up with a plan to replace Obamacare, which is working better this year than in the past but with fewer new enrollments.
++If Ryan got rid of the Hastert rule,none of this would be a problem.
++Meanwhile in the Senate,the plans to repeal Obamacare through reconciliation is running aground with opposition from Tea Party Senators like Ted Cruz but also from unlikely sources,Senators from states where Medicaid was expanded. Mitch McConnell doesn't seem to be able to get the 51 votes needed for his little project.
