++Robert Shepardson in the Daily Beast wrote a piece with this title. He makes several obvious points but he stresses "Targeting" of voters--which means getting out the base and the leaners. Hillary's campaign has this down. They know everyone who might support Hillary--person by person. ( Slight scary, heh?) Shepardson says the Republicans are still way behind on this technology and Trump has none of it. He says this targeting is valuable and effective.
++He also argues that young people will vote for Clinton in droves even though they don't know it yet. Their campaign season is now and they vote with their social group. That's why the campaigning on campuses. He writes the young vote was crucial for Obama in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
