Nancy LeTourneau writes in the Washington Monthly that after his A-list party President Obama met with several of his outgoing staff, Eric Holder and the mayor of Minneapolis and those who were with him in 2008. President Obama told them the best is yet to come.
Yesterday, his spokesman said that President Obama will take a vacation and get back to work on building a movement which will focus on voter rights and other issues he is concerned about. OFA,Organizing for America, has been hiring multiple people in Chicago.
President Obama said he will speak out if Trump gets rid of executive orders he is concerned about --such as on Dreamers.
It will be interesting whether he will allude to this in his farewell speech tonight.
