Mysteriously 19% of the Russian oil giant was "sold" last week to a series of shell companies. Blogger who goes by Mickey Mayhem traces the shares to Glencore ,then to the Qatar Investment Authority and then on to a company held in the Cayman Islands. The company is registered in Australia as of 2014 in the name of Donald J. Trump.
