The move is unprecedented that any President's invocation of the Antiquities Act be questioned. This involves everything from Stonewall Inn to Bear's Ears in Utah. I would expect the new Interior head to question the monuments like Haymarket Square in Chicago,Harriet Tubman's house,as well as the northern Maine forest.
Critics of the move vow legal actions to prevent any move from Trump to de-designarte any of the monuments.
