A Putin confidente,Oleg V. Deripaska ,who now lives in Moscow has offered to testify anonymously to Congress on the election interference. He was close to Paul Manafort. He has had difficulty traveling to the US because of US sanctions.
Can this come to a head sooner rather than Later?
