Governor Brown yesterday reiterated support for working with British Columbia and the other Western states on fighting climate change. Today the California Senate passed a bill to have the state's utilities use renewals by 2045.
Brown said that Trump has alienated our closest allies who support the Accord. In fact today, the EU and China backed it more fully. Brown said that Trump is fueling the movement he is trying to kill.
