Make Congress hold hearings on everything being considered. The GOP forced at least a year of hearings on The Affordable Care Act. Force them to do the same on every aspect of its modification and repeal.
The same holds true of any selection to the Supreme Court.
Also the changes to financial regulations. Make them spell out its cost to the taxpayers in terms of loss of revenues.
The point here is that Trump and the GOP intend to rule, not govern. Force them to govern.
Every cabinet nomination should have to undergo hearings. The GOP left scads of Obama nominees high and dry. Obama never had a complete government as long as he was President. No reason to treat Trump differently.
