"Trump himself is instinctively corrupt….Trump is so thoroughly corrupt in his dealings that it is probably fair to say that he doesn't recognize the concept of self-dealing as a problem in itself. He sees self-dealing and self-enforcement as a normal, meritorious way of doing things."
His followers tend to be grifters and they will expect bonanzas.
Marshall just wants to remind you that the lack of corruption in the eight years of Obama is not the new normal.
