This time they voted to delay the subsidies for poorer and middle class citizens until a new way of measuring a person's income can be determined. As it is, in normal America, it usually is the tax return. Maybe they'll count cars, guns and whether you have a mortgage. So no budget deal anytime soon.

++If you want the House to stay in session,urge your congress critter to impeach President Obama. Then the House will stay open 24-hour a day.
