+Three dozen retired generals and admirals said that the Iranian Nuclear Deal was the best way to ensure Iran doesn't obtain a nuclear weapon. They also said the obvious that the United States would have to show it exhausted diplomatic measures before any operations against Iran--something missing in today's discussions. Like how about if you have a diplomatic solution and then the United States ignores it.
+One of those signing the letter was "Hoss Cartwright, who had been an aide to President obama on nuclear maters before he got tripped up over leaking classified e-mails. But he is the type of talent this administration has relied on --such as Ernest Moniz. His name gives me even more confidence in the Deal.
+But the ambassador and the generals and admirals backing the plan is not likely to sway any Republicans. The only likely Republican Senator who has given signals of backing it is Floyd Flake from Arizona.
+The White House is comfortable with its support n the House and wishy-washy on the Senate to get enough votes for a Presidential veto.
+If true, then the Deal gets kicked into the presidential election year and candidates can debate the merits of bombing and invading Iran when there is an agreement already.
