Rand Paul Next?

++Rachel Maddow had an excellent piece on Friday about the mayhem in the House but the general problem that the Republicans have no leaders.

++On the contrary, Rachel Maddow reported that the Democratic Party had recruited all their favorites for the important Senate races so this leads to whether Rand Paul will drop out.

++We have a Kentucky governor's race that the Republican Governors' Association has ended its television commercials because the Republican has been so bad.

++The RNC concern that the Democrats may win beck the Senate has started rumblings for Rand Paul to head home and beat the hustings there so he can be re-elected. Paul is literally two people away in the polls from being dropped from the Adult Debate and sentenced to the Kiddie debate. One of his PAC folded up because they claimed his presidential race was a "futile campaign".  Last time Kentucky produced a great Democratic candidate in the form of Alison Grimes, their present Attorney General.

++Another seat that will be contested is in Florida. While Marco Rubio is getting all the buzz as the establishment favorite right now. At some point, he has to make his intentions known whether he will run for re-election.

++I still say Jindal will withdraw and Lindsey Graham but Rand Paul is right there with them.

++Chris Christie got good news from supporters in New Hampshire and Iowa who begged him to stay in the race. His polls have been anemic and there is no justification at this date for his continuing the race.
