Chait says that Obamacare Repeal may have died tonight. He explains the arcane Senate rules that may make that a reality. He explains that Corker and other Republicans have attached an amendment to the Repeal vote that postpones it until March when the GOP would be given enough time to come up with an alternative. 

Chait emphasizes that the Repeal would not affect the rules like the patients' bill of rights. That would be a regular bill which would to avoid filibuster. Chait said the Republican strategy was to crater the insurance markets and intimidate Democrats to support their plan but their own colleagues are getting nervous.
