JOSH MARSHALL:THE WHEELS MAY HAVE COME OFF OBAMACARE REPEAL.

Josh Marshall says don't count on it but those Republicans saying they need a replacement are growing in number. Marshall thinks McConnell will browbeat alot of them to keep to the program but then the GOP is stuck with the promise that no one who has insurance will lose it. That can't be real unless they replace  with something compatible.
