The resolution of inquiry would direct Treasury Secretary Steven Manchin to provide House copies of 10 years of Trump's tax returns and information on debt held by foreign governments and companies ,investment in foreign businesses and tax shelters. Resolutions can be brought to the floor if not considered by committee in 14 days.
