BROOKINGS ESTIMATES

With the two committees of the House passing parts of Ryancare and the CBO not being able to post their numbers until the House votes the law, Brookings using the CBO's past model tried to estimate how many people would lose their insurance.

15,000,000 Americans would lose their insurance.

Based on prior estimates of how many would lose, the total number of dead Americans from lack of health insurance is 38,000 per year for over a decade. Or  Roughly EIGHT Vietnam wars.
