David Corn teased this out by noticing Preet referred to the fact he knew how the Moreland Commission felt. The Moreland Commission was created by Gov. Cuomo to investigate corruption in New York Politics. Then he disbanded it.
Preet himself met with Trump at Trump tower and Trump said he could keep his job. Then Sessions demanded all the US.Attorneys to resign. Preet insisted Trump fire him. Of course Trump did.
