GUARDIAN PROJECTS TURNOUT SLIGHTLY OVER 70% IN FRANCE

This would be the lowest turnout in a second round for years. The Guardian had done several projections yesterday about how Le Pen could win with "selective abstention".  But we are not in the danger zone yet.
