The Obama administration were concerned when Flynn's aide asked for the Russian ambassador's CIA file for Flynn. Classified documents were sent to the transition team and the Obama officials found out that they had been copied.
Those of us who wondered why Obama took so long in alerting the public about Russia will learn in the Times that the Obama people delayed so as not to tip off the Trump people and therefore the Russians.
