Yesterday,he opined that they really shouldn't exist constitutionally. So he didn't think the United States government should fund them anymore.
FYI--my son actually considered going to Howard because of one of their programs.
Why kind of vicious man is this? There is no one except the serious rich this regimes is not attacking.
