Politico says Upton's no gives "moderate" the cover to vote no. The magazine says that the GOP has to vote by Thursday because the House goes home for a week and that support for the bill will weaken. Lindsey Graham on CNN said his measure was that there is no road ahead for Trumpcare.
Upton said the magic words--This bill hurts sick people--which Ryan desperately wants to refute. All objective observers say this bill is the worse yet.
