Before we move on today,it worth realizing that European and British intelligence were freaking out about Trump's seemingly oblivious awareness of Russia's hacking during this election and the obvious alignment of Russia with Trump. They knew Trump had been briefed at least three times in his security briefings that Russia was doing this but publicly won't admit it.
The Europeans had noticed Russia's interference with the Brexit referendum and their role in the extreme right's win in Germany. The Russian connection with the extreme right in Europe, including Le Pen in France has escalated these last years.
During the Comey affair, the Democratic party tried to make the issue Donald's Russian connection, not duplicate e-mails. Apparently,someone listened.
Maybe not coincidentally the VsB, Russian intelligence, was converted by Putin around the time of our conventions back into the dreaded KGB.
