But Josh Marshall has noted Trump's poll numbers have gone up and Ted Cruz had the Dead Cruz Bounce. Cruz is falling at a fast rate. Marshall doesn't speculate on whether Trump will go to the convention with the necessary number of delegates but don't rule it out.
