10th Circuit Court ruled on the Colorado case that it was unconstitutional to legally bind elector's vote. This applies to Utah,Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma,Colorado.
Bruce McColm was the former executive director of Freedom House, a human rights group in New York,the President of the International Republican Institute and currently is the President of the Institute for Democratic Strategies. In the pre-digital age, his writings appeared in the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, the Christian Science Monitor, Newsweek and other magazines and journals.
