MACRON'S SPEECH

It was like a French Obama--thousands greeting his speech like those in Chicago in 2008. Macron talked about a united France and defending the enlightenment and a new humanism. He called on all French people to help him fulfill this historic role. He mentioned that all of Europe watched as France rejected extremism. The young crowds made it look like a revolution in Eastern Europe--a moment of liberation.
