Wisconsin finished their recount with only 25 votes gained by Clinton. Papers ballots weren't counted. They just ran the same optical scans through again.
In Pennsylvania, a federal judge ruled against the Green Party's motion to conduct a forensic audit.
In Michigan the courts ended the recount this weekend. Detroit still was disenfranchised.
