Electoral Votes

Nate Silver says Obama's chances dipped slightly after the jobs report but Obama is at 296.9 EV to Romney's 241.1. He stands a 67.3% chance of winning . And the popular vote is 50.7% to 48.2%.

Electoral Vote.com has it slightly up for Obama at 326 to 212. The gains for the GOP are Iowa, Indiana, North Carolina. The Senate races are 51 Democrats--3 tied and 46 Republicans. Mitch McConnell said it was a 50-50 chance Republicans win the Senate, not exactly inspiring.

Huffington Post's EV has Obama drooping more more than the top two. The toss-up states are Wisconsin, Ohio, Iowa, Colorado, Nevada, New Hampshire and Florida. So we then go into the 269 tie fantasy.
