House Passes Defense Spending Bill

++The NDAA passed the House by 350-69. Fifty Democrats and 19 Republicans voted against it. The bill also includes the Gillebrand amendment against sexual harassment. The NDAA and the Budget will face a Senate vote next week. The House is on vacation now.
