Ryan-Murray Budget Passes House

++Arguing that the sequester budget didn't have enough votes to pass the House, Paul Ryan's plan passed by a vote of 332-94 votes. 169 Republicans voted yes and 163 Democrats.

++The bill now has to pass the Senate, which it is expected to do and be signed by President Obama.

++The net effect is that it takes government shutdowns off the table for two years.
