Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Early Voting

++Jim Galloway, veteran political reporter for the Atlanta newspaper, writes that the African-American early voters have increased from 13% from 2010,making up 33.1% of the early voters this year. This is up so much it is nearly matching the 2012, when President Obama ran for re-election. Galloway says this is good news for the Democrats but we don't know how Nunn and Carter are faring with the white vote. Galloway says they have to be at 30% to make it a race. Early white vote has dropped 7.4% from 2010.

++Oh by the way, about President Obama's plummeting approval rating. It has only dipped .6% since February. He is the first President who has had a consistent approval rating but the media keeps saying it is plunging.
