++Wang is looking at these two states because they end their vote very early. If McConnell wins only by 4--he is underperforming his polls by 2 and so might other Republicans. If he wins by 9 or more, it will be a good night for Republicans nationwide.
++If Shaheen only wins by 1,it indicates trouble for Democrats nationwide. But if she wins by 5 or more,then it would be a good night for Democrats nationwide.
++He expects Georgia to go into a run-off and that we shouldn't expect to know about Alaska until the next morning. Everything else will be resolved.
