++John Boehner told Mitch McConnell that he won't introduce a clean bill of funding for the Department of Homeland Security because his caucus won't allow it.
++So Mitch is in a pickle. And what does he do? Introduce the bill for a fourth time. The odds are looking good that Homeland Security will not get funded.
++If the bill actually passed, the CBO expects that it will add $30 billion to the deficit. Shelly Caputo of the Republicans said," If you stick yourself in a box, it's best you know how to get out." They don't.
