When Bibi Shut The Door on Negotiations

++The Times of Israel today has a long piece on how Bibi closed down negotiations with the Palestinians when it looked like a framework agreement had nearly been reached. It's a good piece.

++YNET editorialized last night that Bibi should postpone the speech to Congress because he has already lost his audience and that the whole thing is a political circus and no one wants to listen to him anyway. YNET's editorial talks about the global impact of Bibi's appearance. Here is a man trying to humiliate Israel's sole ally and will look like he's throwing a temper tantrum to the world.

++YNET assures its Israeli audience that President Obama is not going to do anything against Israel but the red phone might not be picked up as often as it has been. YNET reminds its audience that if the United States misses a vote or a veto at the United Nations Israel will suffer severe consequences.

++Eli Wiesel will be attending the speech in Congress out of solidarity to Israel.

++Abe Foxman who still doesn't like the idea of the speech sharply criticized J Street for its campaign against Bibi--the "BIBI doesn't speak for me" campaign.

++On another front, the United States in its negotiations with Europe on the new Trade Pact is trying to insert language to neutralize the Divestment campaign against Israel. I can't think of any Republican shrewd enough to consider this.
