Ynet on the Case

++Josh Marshall at TalkingPointsMemo picked this story up from YNET, the Israeli news service. Five former Israeli ambassadors to the United States have gone on record asking Bibi to cancel his speech. Their service reaches back to the 1980s. They were reluctant to criticize Dermer directly but all their comments reflected how they thought the arrangements were clumsily made and cast a cloud over Bibi's speech.

++ Madeleine Albright blasted Bibi's plans as intervening our own political affairs. Somehow after all we have done, I don't think this is the most egregious aspect of the speech.

++Earlier today Josh Marshall had a piece on Israeli ambassador Dermer as a practitioner of GOP "dark arts".
