++Donald Trump speaking to his white supporters claimed that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton created ISIS. Just for your information, the core of ISIS was the Iraqi army under Saddam that was disbanded by Ambassador Paul Bremer and was created from prisoners which the ISIS cadres broke out of Iraqi jails under Maliki. They were also assisted by radical Islamists freed by Assad in an amnesty in Syria.
