Mook says early voting 52% up in Florida since 2012. And up 16% up in North Carolina. In Florida, early voting among Hispanics up 120% and among African-Americans up 22%. Mook admitted African Americans voters are not up to 2012 levels in North Carolina. I wonder why.
He says this will be the largest turnout in American history. He says that if Trump hasn't banked his base yet he is in real trouble because he has no ground game.
