Iran Deal Set To be Announced At 10am in Vienna

++In the latest development, apparently the United States and Iran have agreed that IAEA inspectors will be allowed at military sites but Iran can object and then the matter would be taken to a board of the P6 and Iran for a decision. This will be seen in Congress as a concession by the Obama Administration but it marks a far cry from Ayatollah Khamenei saying under no circumstances would the major powers be allowed to inspect military sites.
