The Democratic candidates are coming out swinging against their GOP opponents who opposed the ACA and the extension of Medicaid.
++One bummer note: The ACA will face continued opposition from the GOP in Congress since they want to deprive Obama of any achievement and try to delegitimize his presidency. But the thing to watch are the lawsuits against the subsidies for the federal exchange. The latest case is before an unfriendly court of very partisan Republican judges and the case centers around the poor wording of the legislation. If they rule against subsidies,it would have to be remedied by the Congress, which will never happen. No one knows how damaging this will be to the entire health care issues. But Obama walks between bad and good luck. Let's hope he gets lucky.
