It has been widely assumed that Businessman Bruce Rauner would win handily. But he has been bogged down by revelations he has parked funds in the Cayman Islands and is a member of a wine club, which costs him the equivalent of two middle-class salaries.
++So for the first time,Pat Quinn takes a lead. He is now at 43 to 40 over Rauner.
