Instead of the death spiral of dwindling enrollment and the premium spikes, the tale of the tape shows 8 million enrolled in the exchanges,7 million benefit from the Medicaid expansion, and another five million enrolled in insurance outside of exchanges and benefited from the no-precondition regulation. 20 million people in the first operating year. Not Bad.
