AP-GFK Poll on SCOTUS on Obamacare

++The AP story leads with comments on a newspaper editor at a state paper saying this case should never have gotten this far. I agree since only 1 person theoretically had standing, which is one of the reasons the New York Times Linda Greenhouse said that the Supreme Court is now political.

++The AP-GFK poll shows that only 1 in 10 Americans are highly confident the justices will rely on objective interpretations of law rather than their personal opinion.

++48% of Americans are not confident in the court's impartiality.

++60% of those who don't support the bill are not confident.

++44% of those who do support the bill are not confident.

++56% of Americans want the subsidies to be kept without restrictions.

++39% of Americans believe financial subsidies should only be given to state's where they have their own exchanges.

++I happen to believe the Roberts Court will split the difference--kill the subsidies but rule for same sex marriage.
