++The clock runs down again. There are only 10 working days until 3 provisions of the Patriot Act are to expire. Included in the provisions to sunset is Section 215 that is used for metacollection on all cellphones.

++The metacollection has been ruled unconstitutional  by the DC District Appeals Court.

++Mitch McConnell wants it extended through the next Presidency. But Rand Paul and Ron Wyden, the Democrat from Oregon, vow to filibuster the bill.

++Add to that ,that it must passed the House also.

++Oh by the way, where is the Authorization for Military Force.
