Santorum Declared Winner in Two so far

Willard is polling worse than he did in 2008 and the turnout is low. It's not he's losing, he is being thumped. Even in areas around St. Louis where he was expected to be strong, Santorum beat him. In Minnesota, he'll be lucky to finish third and a weak one at that. Even in Colorado, he is doing worse.
